Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures efficiently and professionally Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Handle guest concerns promptly, demonstrating strong guest relations skills to resolve issues effectively Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management review Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to ensure seamless service delivery Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Familiarity with resort operations and guest services best practices Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately and efficiently Exceptional phone etiquette and professional demeanor in all interactions Join us as a Guest Service Agent and become a vital part of creating welcoming environments where guests feel valued and cared for.
