Job Description
We are looking for a personable, reliable, and service‑driven Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Our hotel operates 24/7, so schedule flexibility is essential. Prior hotel front desk experience and HotelKey PMS knowledge are preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures with accuracy and efficiency Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions Answer and route incoming calls using the hotel's phone system Assist with reservations, changes, and cancellations Perform night audit duties as needed, ensuring accurate financial reporting Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to support a seamless guest experience Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally Qualifications Ability to work all three shifts based on business needs: 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, and 11PM-7AM (Training on each shift is required.) Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred Previous HotelKey PMS experience preferred Familiarity with hotel front desk operations is a plus Multilingual abilities are highly valued Strong phone etiquette and comfort using phone systems Excellent interpersonal and guest‑service skills Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs Hospitality management background is helpful but not required Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and help us create exceptional, memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
