As a member of our front desk team, you will play a key role in welcoming guests and ensuring their experience is seamless and enjoyable from the moment they arrive.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Front Desk Cashier to join our team. This individual will be responsible for checking in guests, processing payments, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should thrive in a busy atmosphere and enjoy working with families and children.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all guests warmly and with a friendly demeanor. Check in guests efficiently and accurately, including verifying booking information and processing payments. Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment with accuracy and integrity. Provide information about services, events, and play areas available at High Five Playhouse. Answer phone calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner. Monitor guest entry and ensure safety procedures are followed in the facility. Manage and maintain a clean and organized front desk area and play area. Assist with event and party bookings, including coordinating with other team members as needed. Ensure that all guest concerns or issues are resolved quickly, escalating them to a manager when necessary. Work as part of a team to ensure that all aspects of the front desk operation run smoothly. Maintain knowledge of promotions, discounts, and upcoming events to inform customers and enhance their experience.
