Job Description
We're looking for a friendly and dependable Front Desk Agent to join our Wilmington team. You'll be one of the first points of contact for guests, helping create a welcoming experience while handling check-ins, questions, requests, and day-to-day front desk responsibilities. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys meeting people, staying organized, and making sure guests feel taken care of. Previous hotel or front desk experience is helpful but not required, with training provided. What You'll Do Welcome guests and provide professional, attentive service Assist with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and general requests Answer guest questions and provide information about services and amenities Handle payments, account updates, and basic front desk records Respond to guest concerns and work toward quick, practical solutions Communicate with housekeeping and other teams to coordinate guest needs Maintain an organized and professional front desk area Help ensure a smooth experience from arrival through departure What You'll Bring Friendly, confident, and professional communication style Comfortable interacting with guests face-to-face Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to stay calm and helpful during busy periods Comfortable using computers and learning reservation systems Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude Hotel, hospitality, retail, reception, or customer service experience is a plus Hours & Pay $19-$24 per hour, depending on experience Full-time schedules across 5-6 days Employee discount Training provided Opportunities for advancement How to Apply Send your resume with an up-to-date phone number and email address.
