Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This position is crucial in ensuring a smooth operation during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services, and managing front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling reservations and guest inquiries. Perform night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports. Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly, providing solutions to enhance their stay. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure satisfaction. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in front desk operations within the hospitality industry is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of hospitality management principles is beneficial. Previous experience in night auditing or similar roles is advantageous.
