Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. You will handle front desk operations, manage reservations, and assist guests with their inquiries to enhance their overall experience at our hotel. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs. Handle reservations and modifications efficiently through phone systems and hotel management software. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a focus on customer satisfaction. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively. Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Experience Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. A background in hospitality or hospitality management is beneficial but not mandatory.
