Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk for Choice SleepInn, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out procedures, and handle guest inquiries efficiently. Manage reservations using hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or Property Management Systems (PMS), ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide comprehensive guest services, including answering multi-line phone systems, handling special requests, and offering local information. Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and payments while adhering to hotel policies and procedures. Respond promptly to guest concerns or complaints with problem-solving skills, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and security for guests and staff during incidents or emergencies. Assist with night audit processes, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to support daily operations. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts. Proficiency with hotel management software such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS). Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional phone etiquette and strong communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual skills are a plus. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and hospitality best practices. Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Previous hotel experience preferred, especially in resort environments or properties with high guest turnover. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client communication and resolving customer issues swiftly. Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests!
