Manage multiple-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and handling guest inquiries promptly. Handle guest requests, resolve issues proactively, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Conduct night audits by reconciling daily transactions, updating records, and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy and security. Enforce hotel emergency procedures confidently, including safety protocols and guest safety measures during overnight shifts. Maintain detailed logs of all activities during the shift, including incident reports and guest communications. Support guest relations by addressing concerns with patience and professionalism while maintaining a positive hotel atmosphere. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts. Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or comparable hotel management software. Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and guest services best practices. Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently.
