Job Description
Overview We are seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team at our resort. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest services, manage front desk operations, and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for guests, providing an outstanding experience that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence. Previous hotel management or guest relations experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, handling inquiries and reservations efficiently Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations promptly and effectively Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing details Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and issues are resolved swiftly Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest safety, security, and confidentiality Support night audit functions as needed, ensuring financial accuracy at the end of each shift Requirements Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Bilingual or multilingual skills highly desirable to assist diverse guest populations Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally in high-pressure situations Experience in guest relations, resort operations, or hospitality industry is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary Professional appearance and demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction Join our team to deliver memorable experiences for our guests while advancing your career in the vibrant hospitality industry!
