Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Part Time Afternoon Front Desk Agent (2pm-10pm) to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle reservations and provide information about hotel services and amenities. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked. Operate phone systems to assist with incoming calls and relay messages as needed. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold hotel policies regarding guest privacy and security. Experience Previous experience in hospitality, especially front desk is a must. Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices is essential. Experience in guest relations or guest services will be considered an asset. Ability to work alone and problem solve is a must. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
