Front Desk Agent

Join Our Team and Be the Face of Our Hotel! Super 8 Hotel of Jamestown, ND is looking for a friendly and motivated Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team and become the face of our company! We are in need of a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can manage multiple tasks at once. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and will understand the importance of responding quickly to guests' needs. If you have worked in the hospitality industry before, we definitely want to talk to you! Responsibilities and Duties Greet guests and patrons in a friendly manner Manage the registration process Handle guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately Ask for identification and ensure that the provided credentials are accurate Take calls and provide information and transfer calls Manage accurate accounting of all rooms Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person. Contact housekeeping and maintenance departments when a problem is reported Various other tasks as assigned by management Qualifications & Skills Bilingual a plus High school diploma/GED required Excellent oral and written communication skills Friendly phone manner familiarity with the hospitality industry a plus
