The Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel is seeking a Guest Service Agent 3-11pm or5-11pm We are looking for candidates that are outgoing and looking to excel in the customer service industry. Career Opportunities to grow within our company . Job duties consist of but not limited too:

• Answering all phone calls
• Guest check-ins/check outs
• Completing reservations and excelling in sales revenue
• Greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service
• Handle customer issues with resolution
• Daily check are provided Shifts 3p-11p or 5-11pm Must be available to work some weekends.
