The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management and customer service, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service from check-in to check-out. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A passion for guest relations and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests are essential. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process. Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using multi-line phone systems. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while managing incoming calls. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with hospitality software systems is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A background in resort operations or guest services is an advantage.
