Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a professtional, friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team at our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a warm welcome and a memorable stay for our guests. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
PM Shift:
3pm-11pm.Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with reservations and cancellations
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Phone etiquette and knowledge of phone systems
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is preferred
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Knowledge of guest relations principles and practices
Skills:
- Good customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
