What You'll Do Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude. Create positive first impressions during check-in and throughout each guest's stay. Answer phone calls and guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, directions, and local attractions. Manage reservations, including booking, modifying, confirming, and canceling guest stays. Maintain accurate guest records and room availability information. Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately. Handle billing, payments, and cash transactions with attention to detail. Assist guests with luggage when needed. Coordinate restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local entertainment recommendations. Promote hotel and Marriott loyalty programs and special offers. Complete daily shift responsibilities and operational checklists. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience. Requirements What We Are Looking For High school diploma or GED equivalent. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable using basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Strong problem-solving abilities and professional judgment. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualities Positive, outgoing personality. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Passion for hospitality and helping others. No prior hotel experience is required—we're happy to train the right candidate! Seeking applicants interested in working Saturday and Sunday (2p-10p) and additional evening shifts as needed.
