Soho Suites AC is opening its doors this July , and we're building a team of passionate hospitality professionals to bring our vision to life. We're not just looking for a Front Desk Agent, we're looking for someone who will elevate every guest's stay, providing more than just a service, but a memorable experience . As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll set the tone for their stay by offering warm welcomes, personalized recommendations, and exceptional hospitality.
What You'll Do:
Be the Face of Soho Suites AC- Greet guests with a friendly smile and a welcoming attitude. Deliver Personalized Service
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with care and attention to detail. Create Memorable Experiences
- Offer thoughtful recommendations and surprises that enhance each guest's stay. Solve Problems with Confidence
- Address guest concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Be a Team Player
- Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth hotel operations. Embody the Soho Suites AC Spirit
- Provide hospitality that goes beyond transactions and creates lasting impressions.
