Front Desk Clerk

We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk to become a part of our team! You will accommodate guest, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. The job starts out at $20 an hour. An additional bonus will be added based on the number of hours worked in the first month. We are looking for someone reliable, personable and well versed in standard computer functions. This is a 2 story motel with 51 rooms with a heated pool, 4 BBQ grills available with dining area, family oriented , free parking for staff and guest , ping pong, foosball, and basketball on property. Beach is located across the street and over a dune. 2600 South Bay Avenue, Beach Haven, NJ 08008

Responsibilities:

Register and assign rooms to guests Confirm phone and online reservations Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints Collect payment from arriving guests Keep records of occupied rooms and guests Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments Run Reports after shift closeouts ​

Qualifications:

Ability to build rapport with guests Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay:

$20.00 per hour
