Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and welcoming Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and team members. This energetic role requires a professional with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Front Desk Agent, you will manage front office operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and support administrative functions to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment. Your proactive approach will help foster positive relationships and uphold the professional image of our organization. Duties Guests should be treated promptly, warmly, and professionally. Provide an exceptional check in and check out experience with accuracy and efficiency. Answer phone warmly and direct calls to correct department. Complete daily check list. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays. Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints. Accept, log and distribute packages and mail. Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments to provide seamless guest experience. Assist guests with recommendations and information about local dining, attractions and hotel amenities. PBX Operation Light cleaning Qualifications Ability to build rapport with guests Strong organizational skills High work ethic and self- initiative Excellent written and verbal communication skills Warm, friendly and attentive to all guests and staff. Pay:
