•not limited to: Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments Opening and closing the office Preparing packages Receiving and signing for deliveries Assisting with screenshots and documentation Supporting with medical chart updates and organization Skills Bilingual English/Spanish Positive attitude Basic computer knowledge Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize work Customer service experience preferred but not required
