Position Overview:
We're looking for friendly, upbeat, and dependable Front Desk Attendants to be the face of our bowling center. This is a key customer-facing role that sets the tone for each guest's visit. If you're organized, love working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this job is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm, energetic, and professional attitude Check in bowlers, assign lanes, and explain current promotions or specials Handle point-of-sale transactions for bowling, shoe rentals, food & beverage, and arcade games Answer phone calls and assist with questions, reservations, and party/event inquiries Manage lane availability, wait lists, and assist with keeping gameplay running smoothly Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies Communicate with other departments (e.g., snack bar, mechanics) to ensure smooth operations Assist in basic cleaning and tidying of guest areas when needed Resolve minor customer concerns or escalate to manager as appropriate
What We're Looking For:
A positive, upbeat personality with a customer-first mindset Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility Basic computer and POS (Point of Sale) system knowledge Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is a plus Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
