We are looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable candidates with excellent people skills for the position of Hotel Guest Relations, who are responsible for providing outstanding guest service while handling various administrative hotel front desk tasks, among other duties. The Guest Relations Agents must have tremendous patience and charisma when dealing with guests and accommodate their every need with enthusiasm and poise.

Some of the duties/requirements are:

Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations Welcome guests, check them in, distribute room keys and explain the hotel's amenities Take payment from customers, ensuring security and PCI compliance are maintained Respond to guests' issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner Explain local amenities and attractions to guests Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special client needs Assist customers with the planning of special events such as weddings and business conferences Arrange specialized services for VIP customers Customer service experience is preferred Prior front desk experience in the hospitality industry is preferred Excellent verbal communication skills Availability to work shifts as noted below, including weekends and holidays Familiarity with Opera PMS check-in software is a plus Ability to solve client issues in a friendly and timely fashion Friendly and welcoming demeanor Weekend availability is required. Ideal candidate will have open availability to work both 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm shifts as needed, however most shifts will likely be 2pm-10pm . Flexibility with schedule is a plus. Both full time and part time positions available for the right candidates. Candidates must be prompt, dependable, and professional in both appearance and demeaner. Flexibility to work well both on your own as well as with other associates is essential, however t his position involves primarily working independently at the front desk of the hotel .
