Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel/Motel Front Desk Associate, where you will be the welcoming face of our property, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. This energetic role requires a proactive, guest-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating memorable stays. You will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and coordinate with various departments to deliver seamless hospitality experiences. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for our guests' stay, making them feel valued and cared for at every interaction. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage reservations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs, questions, and special requests promptly and courteously. Handle guest relations by resolving issues quickly and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences. Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold phone etiquette standards when answering inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating professionalism at all times. Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest records, processing payments, and managing guest accounts. Qualifications Previous hotel experience or hospitality management background preferred but not required; a passion for customer service is essential. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest trust and satisfaction. Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations with tact, patience, and professionalism. Experience in resort or hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
