In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their experience begins with a warm welcome and continues with exceptional service throughout their stay. Whether managing front desk operations or assisting with guest services, your proactive approach will be vital to our success. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience Handle all guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette Manage front desk operations efficiently, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs Assist guests with luggage, room requests, and other personalized services as a houseman Maintain accurate records of guest information, special requests, and incident reports Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and ensuring financial accuracy Collaborate with hotel management to uphold high standards of hospitality management and guest satisfaction Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and courteously Facilitate communication between guests and hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery Uphold hotel policies related to guest safety, security, and confidentiality Run and maintain shuttle to and from the Albuquerque Sunport, car rental, AM Track station. Experience Previous hotel management or front desk experience in a resort or hospitality setting is highly preferred Strong customer service background with excellent interpersonal skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Experience in night audit procedures or guest relations roles will be considered a plus Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest services and phone etiquette, is essential Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and enthusiasm Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels valued!
