Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly phone etiquette and attentive client communication Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as FOSSE or similar platforms, updating guest information accurately and efficiently Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with problem-solving skills to deliver outstanding customer service and guest relations Process check-ins and check-outs smoothly, including verifying identification, issuing room keys, and explaining hotel amenities and policies Maintain multi-line phone systems to answer incoming calls promptly, providing information about hotel services or redirecting calls as needed Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety and respond effectively to any incidents or emergencies Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is highly preferred Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong advantage for communicating with diverse guests Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as FOSSE or similar property management software (PMS) is essential Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution Strong communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and client interaction techniques Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly while maintaining attention to detail during night audit or busy periods Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services, and resort operations enhances your effectiveness in this role Previous experience working with multi-line phone systems and property management systems (PMS) is desirable Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests!
