Great Pay + Weekly Bonus. We are an extended stay hotel. Most of our guests are longterm and stay for weeks or months at time. Making the front desk job an easy work environment compared to normal transient hotels.

Available Shifts:

3pm to 11pm Experience is nice to have but not mandatory. This position is responsible for attending to the needs of clients and guests who walk through our doors. The right candidate has a genuine interest in helping others and an ability to remain calm and helpful in even the most stressful situations. We're looking for a professional who can connect with people on a personal level while effectively communicating company policies. In addition to handling typical complaints and requests, the Front Desk Agent will be responsible for learning details about guests' specific needs and helping them find the services that best fit their interests.

Responsibilities:

Answer questions asked by guests and other personnel. Monitor cash register and assess money received from guests. Refer to hotel rules and procedures when helping guests. Answer the telephone, greet guests, and direct calls as necessary. Answer questions and provide information to the general public.
