In this role, you will ensure a smooth guest experience from check-in to check-out, assist with reservations, complete nightly audits, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and complete check-in and check-out professionally Manage reservations, payments, and guest inquiries Perform nightly audits and prepare daily reports Answer phones and direct calls appropriately Keep the front desk area organized and well-stocked Cross-train in other departments to support overall hotel operations

Qualifications:
