Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, and handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Maintain excellent guest relations by resolving issues promptly through customer service problem-solving techniques and clear client communication. Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and ensuring all spaces meet cleanliness standards in line with hotel procedures. Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times, including responding to incidents or safety concerns swiftly and effectively. Assist with night audit processes, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight. Support front desk operations by handling multi-tasking tasks such as phone communication, guest requests, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred, especially within resort or hotel environments. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), particularly OPERA or comparable platforms used in the industry. Proven customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations, problem-solving, and effective communication across diverse audiences; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, night audit functions, and multi-line phone systems enhances your ability to excel in this role.
