Overview:

The Guest Services Lead will perform various duties in connection with scheduled events. Duties will vary between facility and events. This is a part-time/temporary position that is usually scheduled to work after normal business hours. This role pays an hourly rate of $15.25-$17.75 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until October 30, 2026.

Responsibilities:

Serves as the first line for patron complaints and Guest Services Attendant concerns/issues. Serve as ticket taker and/or usher distributing programs and escorting patrons to their appropriate seats. Assist with reading tickets and directing attendees to their proper seats. Assist with giving Guest Services Staff breaks. Provide special accommodation for wheelchairs and other physically challenged patrons, senior citizens, students, and groups. Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or G.E.D. 1+ years related experience in Guest Services; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to lead other guest services team members. Must have strong customer service skills.
