Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Process reservations and maintain accurate records of guest accounts. Assist with night audit duties as needed, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Skills Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Experience in customer service with a focus on guest relations. Proficiency in front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Knowledge of night audit procedures is an asset. Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
