In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. You'll play a crucial part in creating memorable stays for our guests while managing front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. What you'll do Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Manage reservations and handle inquiries via multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain the integrity of guest accounts. Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively, fostering positive guest relations. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all guest needs are met efficiently. Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization to create an inviting environment for guests. Experience Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Familiarity with resort environments is a plus, enhancing your ability to connect with guests. Proficiency in handling night audits and understanding of hotel management systems is beneficial.
