Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently. A background in hospitality or hotel management is preferred. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude. Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Process payments and manage billing inquiries. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist in managing reservations through phone calls or online systems. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while communicating with guests. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred. Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficiency in hotel management software is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on guest relations. A background in hospitality management is desirable but not mandatory. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
