Overview Join our team as a Guest Service Representative at the hotel's front desk. Become the friendly face that welcomes and assists our valued guests. In this energetic role, you will create a positive and memorable experience for guests by providing exceptional customer service, guiding them through the available amenities, and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help foster a welcoming environment where guests feel appreciated, comfortable, and well-informed. This hotel front desk position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality and customer service skills while contributing to a vibrant team atmosphere. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, establishing a friendly and professional first impression Assist customers by answering questions in person or over the phone to enhance their hotel experience Operate the property management systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Guide guests through the check-in and check-out processes Manage and update reservations for guests through the property management system Keep guests well informed regarding our policies and amenities Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting guests Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests needs Ensure general common area cleanliness and standards Skills Experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar hospitality roles Ability to learn and accurately use the property management software Strong cash handling and phone etiquette skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse guest needs effectively Excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels memorable guest experiences!
