Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance Handle guest inquiries efficiently, offering solutions and personalized service to enhance their stay Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest information, and coordinate room assignments Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Support hotel operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all guest interactions reflect our commitment to hospitality excellence Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred Knowledge of hospitality management principles and guest services best practices Experience working in a resort or similar hospitality environment is advantageous Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
