As a Guest Service Agent, you'll play an important role in creating a positive guest experience from arrival to departure. Every day is different, offering a variety of responsibilities while working alongside a supportive team.

Essential Responsibilities:

Greet, register, and assign rooms to all incoming guests. Complete guest checkouts and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions. Provide guests with information about hotel services, local restaurants, attractions, and directions. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns. Send daily shift reports to team members. Ensure the front desk, lobby, and market area are clean, organized, and well stocked. Drive guests to and from Albany International Airport and other local destinations using the hotel shuttle. Shuttle drivers often have the opportunity to earn tips while providing exceptional guest service. Assist with breakfast operations and public area cleanliness as needed. Work collaboratively with fellow team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Schedule varies weekly and includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Professional appearance. Ability to write, read, and communicate in English. Reliable transportation. Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding guest service.
