Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This vital role combines guest relations, administrative duties, and overnight hotel operations to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact during overnight hours, handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment while maintaining efficient hotel operations through excellent customer service and hospitality management skills. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service Conduct night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information using hotel management software Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing guest accounts, and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance teams Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment during overnight shifts Familiarity with phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and guest relations best practices Previous experience in night audit or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Join our team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while supporting smooth hotel operations during overnight hours!
