Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Full-time Front Desk Agent, working the 3pm to 11pm shift! including Sunday. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will deliver exceptional customer service, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they step in Handle all guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications with precision and professionalism Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in Mandarin and English Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills Assist guests with special requests, including room changes, billing issues, or emergency procedures Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and communication records to ensure smooth operations during your shift Requirements Fluency in Mandarin is essential; proficiency in English is highly preferred Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts is highly desirable Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS) Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is advantageous Excellent phone communication skills and professional phone etiquette Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Previous experience working with multilingual teams or diverse clientele is a plus Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
