As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Microtel Inn & Suites, Johnstown is seeking a determined individual with a strong work ethic, who can bring a positive energy with them. Must be able to follow directions and be willing to work as a team player. Although this is a structured environment, it is also a relaxed, fun atmosphere, to work in. Experience does not matter if you are willing to learn. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by offering friendly and attentive service to everyone. Resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently and courteously. Communicate effectively with supervisors, and co-workers. Comply to all security standards for guests, employees and the property. Set up breakfast area and prepare food for our complimentary breakfast. Responsible for maintaining an appropriate amount of food. Assist with laundry; sorting, washing, drying, and folding bed linens and towels. Perform all other duties assigned. Essential traits include, but are not limited to, the following:
