In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact during nighttime hours, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of hotel records and financial transactions. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment for guests arriving late or departing early, all while ensuring the smooth running of hotel functions through meticulous auditing and guest support. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests during late-night check-ins and check-outs with a friendly, professional attitude. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications efficiently. Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks around the property to uphold guest safety and hotel security standards. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to maintain accurate records for management review. Address guest concerns promptly, providing solutions that enhance guest satisfaction and foster positive relations. Collaborate with front desk staff and housekeeping to coordinate services and resolve any overnight issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, guest services, and financial auditing procedures. Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest relations. Familiarity with phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and resort operations is preferred. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
