Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a passion for hospitality. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Assist with night audit duties as needed, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Requirements Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests. Fully flexible means all shifts are included in this position as needed. You must be able to be flexible with days and shifts. Familiarity with hospitality management principles and practices is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Experience with night audit processes is an advantage but not mandatory. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
