Full-time | 24/7 operation | Nights, weekends and holidays required Join the Team Our Client is looking for Security Ambassadors who can provide a welcoming, professional and safe experience for guests and employees. This is a guest-facing security position that combines customer service, observation, safety awareness and conflict de-escalation . Security Ambassadors may work in indoor or outdoor areas throughout the property depending on operational needs. Candidates with experience in security, hospitality or customer service are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do As a Security Ambassador, you will: Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly customer service. Maintain a visible security presence throughout assigned non-gaming areas. Observe your surroundings and report incidents, policy violations or potentially unsafe situations. Assist with internal or external investigations when required. Help resolve and de-escalate conflicts professionally and tactfully. Maintain confidentiality regarding Security Department and company information. Follow company security, information-security and operational policies. Work professionally with guests, employees, supervisors and management. Attend required meetings and complete assigned training programs. Successfully complete CPR/First Aid training and other required Security Department training. Perform indoor or outdoor assignments based on operational needs.

Qualifications Required:

Must be 18 years of age or older. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good observation skills. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to interact professionally with guests and employees. Ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically and tactfully. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain professional under pressure. Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to stand, walk and move throughout assigned areas for extended periods.

Preferred:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous security, hospitality or guest-service experience. Basic computer knowledge and skills. Schedule Our cleint operates 24 hours a day.

Candidates should have flexibility to work afternoon, overnight, weekend and holiday shifts. Compensation & Sign-On Bonus Starting rate: $16.50/hour The listed rate is the starting rate. The actual rate offered may be higher depending on the candidate's relevant experience, education and qualifications. $1,500 Sign-On Bonus Eligible Security Ambassadors can receive: $500 after 90 days $500 after 180 days $500 after one year of employment Eligibility and payment are subject to applicable company terms and requirements. Work Environment This position requires working in a busyresort environment. Employees must be comfortable working in moderate-to-loud noise levels and in areas where smoking may be permitted. The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand and walk throughout assigned non-gaming areas.
