Job Description

Position Summary The Coffey House Bed and Breakfast is seeking a dependable and organized Backroom Associate to support daily property operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working behind the scenes, and helping ensure that supplies and guest-related items are properly received, stored, and prepared. No previous hospitality or backroom experience is required. Training will be provided . Job Overview As a Backroom Associate, you will assist with receiving deliveries, organizing supplies, preparing items for guest rooms and common areas, and maintaining clean and orderly storage spaces. You will work closely with the hospitality team to help ensure the property is well stocked and ready for guests. Key Responsibilities Receive and organize deliveries of supplies, linens, amenities, and other property items. Check incoming shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies. Organize and maintain storage rooms and backroom areas. Replenish supplies for guest rooms, common areas, and breakfast service. Prepare linens, towels, guest amenities, and other items for daily operations. Assist staff with moving and organizing supplies throughout the property. Maintain accurate inventory of frequently used supplies. Help monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs. Keep storage and work areas clean, safe, and organized. Assist with preparing items for special guest requests and events. Follow property procedures for handling supplies and deliveries. Perform other operational duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Friendly and professional attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic communication and organizational skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move supplies within standard workplace guidelines.
Pay:
$22.00 - $23.00 per hour
