The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions. Process reservations and maintain accurate records in the hotel management system. Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy. Assist in managing billing processes and payment transactions. Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner. Must be able to drive shuttle Experience Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, enhancing communication with diverse guests. A background in hospitality management or related fields is advantageous but not required.
