Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Part Time Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software. Assist with phone calls, including reservations and inquiries, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times. Experience Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations is preferred. Familiarity with hospitality management principles is a plus. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests. Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple lines effectively. Knowledge of resort or hotel environments will be advantageous.
