With a team of over 350 professionals, we specialize in rental apartment communities across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. Under the leadership of our executives, who have owned and managed properties for more than 30 years, Eagle Rock Properties has emerged as a pioneering force in the industry. We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Eagle Rock Properties' cloud environment, Microsoft 365 services, identity management, security, and collaboration platforms. The role focuses on ensuring users have secure and reliable access to cloud-based resources while optimizing the Microsoft ecosystem. This is an onsite position at our Corporate office in Plainview, NY.
Responsibilities:
Administer endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot Manage SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online environments. Implement and maintain IAM platform via Okta. Manage role-based access control (RBAC). Implement Conditional Access policies. Maintain and develop documentation and knowledge base articles. Implement and enforce security and compliance policies. Configure Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies. Support retention policies, eDiscovery, and information governance Monitor security alerts and investigate incidents Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for all Microsoft 365 and Azure issues
Requirements:
5+ years of Microsoft 365 and Entra administration Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and best practices Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as
NIST-CSF
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation Understanding of identity protocols such as SAML, SCIM, and MFA Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Certifications:
CompTIA (Sec+, CySA+, Cloud+) Microsoft (MS-102, MD-102, SC-300, AZ-104)
