Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Agent and Night Auditor to join our vibrant hospitality team. This pivotal role combines the responsibilities of welcoming and assisting guests at the front desk with the critical duties of performing overnight audits to ensure smooth hotel operations. As a key ambassador of our resort, you will create memorable guest experiences through exceptional customer service, efficient communication, and meticulous attention to detail. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help foster a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system proficiency Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions Perform night audit procedures, including balancing accounts, reconciling daily transactions, and preparing financial reports Maintain security protocols by monitoring access points, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring guest confidentiality during overnight hours Update reservation systems accurately and assist with room assignments or modifications as needed Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to high standards Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles with a focus on front desk operations Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills Knowledge of hotel experience systems, including reservation platforms and multi-line phone systems Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our team where your enthusiasm for hospitality can shine!
