Duties Conduct comprehensive security screenings of passengers, baggage, and cargo in accordance with established safety regulations Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems to identify suspicious activity or potential threats Perform background checks and verify identification to ensure authorized access to restricted areas Enforce compliance with law enforcement procedures and airport security policies at all times Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed Maintain detailed reports on security activities, incidents, and inspections using report writing and data reporting tools Handle confidential information with integrity while providing in-person customer service to travelers and staff Skills Strong knowledge of security protocols, safety regulations, and criminal law experience relevant to airport operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for report writing and data reporting tasks Excellent written communication skills for documentation and incident reporting Ability to perform background checks accurately and efficiently while adhering to privacy standards Leadership qualities with the ability to remain calm under pressure during emergency situations Experience in law enforcement or related fields is highly desirable Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor when interacting face-to-face with travelers and colleagues Join us in creating a secure environment where safety meets service excellence!
