Job Description

Front desk agent We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team! Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking them in and out, answering phones, making reservations, assisting guest with questions or concerns, and maintaining a welcoming front desk environment.

Ideal candidate:

Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable and professional Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous hotel/front desk experience preferred but not required. Available to work 3-11pm and/or 11pm-7am. Join our team and help make every guest's stay a great one!
