Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism to ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate reservation records, room assignments, and billing information Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating via phone or in person to maintain a welcoming atmosphere Support guest relations initiatives by anticipating needs and delivering personalized service in a hospitality-focused manner Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions positively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving our diverse clientele Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Ability to perform night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction protocols Familiarity with resort environments and guest services practices within the hospitality industry Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Passion for hospitality management with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences Embark on a rewarding career where your energy makes a difference!
