What You'll Do:

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a pivotal role in creating a memorable experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor upon check-in and check-out. Managing reservations and providing accurate information about hotel services and amenities. Handling guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Processing payments and maintaining accurate records of transactions. Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and a positive guest experience.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
