You'll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. Compensation:
$15 hourly
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and questions about guests' needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready Handle customer complaints as necessary Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date Be on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems High school diploma, GED, or equivalent 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria About Company Founded in 2005, Rolling Hills Hospitality operates 19 hotel properties with a central focus on exceeding the expectations of its guests.
